I hereby acknowledge that the information regarding the above business(es) and/or Seller(s) is being provided to me in strict confidence and is to be used solely for the purpose of assessing the potential purchase of the business(es) or property through Gurveen Bindra.

I agree that such information will be held in strict confidence, and all matters concerning the aforementioned property will be handled exclusively through Gurveen Bindra. I will not approach or attempt to engage with the owners or employees directly or indirectly.

I agree not to disclose any of the information provided in connection with this, either directly or indirectly, to third parties, except to those offering direct support. I will not use, or assist others in using, any such information for competitive purposes or to circumvent Royal LePage Commercial in any transaction or communication with the Seller(s). I also agree not to make copies of any materials provided and will return all such materials if I decide not to pursue the business opportunity further. The material and information provided are believed to be reliable for the purpose of evaluating the business.

Furthermore, I agree that all inquiries, investigations, negotiations, offers to purchase, and/or letters of intent must be conducted through Gurveen Bindra. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information I receive permanently, even if I decide not to proceed with the purchase of the business or property.

I acknowledge that any breach of this Confidential Agreement (the “Agreement”), whether direct or indirect, will be detrimental to the Seller(s) and Gurveen Bindra. In consideration for the information provided, I agree that the laws of Alberta will govern this Agreement and that any legal actions arising from this Agreement will be pursued in Alberta.
